Unblocking Databases After Downloading

Some security settings on some computer may prevent you from opening a downloaded file if it has "control" functions such as databases.  If your get the following screen message when trying to open a database you have downloaded, follow the steps below.

  Step 1:  if you get this message when attempting to open a database,
  click on "OK" and go to step 2
  

  Step 2:  RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on the file icon
                 

  Step 3: click on "Properties" in the popup dialog box
  
 

  Step 4: In the "PROPERTIES" box click on "UNLOCK"  if the UNBLOCK button is not there then the database is unblocked
