CH16 Baby-Hood Protector

The CH16 Baby-Hood Protector reduces exposure to nuclear, biological and chemical agents for emergency situations. Wearable protection designed for babies and infants up to two years.

The hood is made of see-through impermeable material and provides a clear view of the baby inside. Adjustable straps hold the infant snugly inside, and two inside zippers open easily to secure the baby inside or to gently take the baby out. The kit includes a protective feeding bottle and comfortable frame for additional support and easy carrying.

This positive airflow system utilizes an efficient battery pack to power the blower and to pull air through a filter. Filtered air then blows into the hood through a flexible hose offering clean air fit for breathing.

Reach power in seconds with our small, reliable blower and battery on the carrying frame. A switch turns on the battery to activate filtering capabilities. The battery uses four AA lithium batteries from the factory, but adapts to AA alkaline batteries at any time. Upgrade with extended running time batteries or A/C outlet cable connection accessories!

Replace filters easily by screwing one filter canister into the blower. Encased in a tough military canister, each filter protects against all known NBC agents in the form of vapors or aerosols. Use leak-proof plugs (included with every canister) to extend canister shelf life for up to fifteen years.

CH14 Child-Hood Protector

The Ch14 Child-Hood Protector reduces exposure to nuclear, biological and chemical agents for emergency situations. Wearable protection designed for children 2-12 years.

The hood is made of see-through impermeable material and gives the child vision clearance through a large replaceable visor. Hood adjustments for the child's head and neck make this hood easy to wear. It includes a vest and belt.

A plastic water bottle for drinking is provided inside the hood's vest. A child can drink fluid easily and safely.
