The SURVIVAIR® Quick2000® Escape Hood
Safety Equipment that is far from standard.

Introducing the next step in personal safety: the SURVIVAIR Quick2000 Escape Hood Respirator, which provides clean, filtered air in the event of a nuclear, chemical warfare agent, or biological disaster. Once reserved for federal agencies and the armed forces, the Survivair Quick2000 now offers everyone the very highest level of protection.

You can't escape reality, but you can prepare for it.

Chem-Bio Escape Hood is compact (2-˝" x 4" x 9" package size), lightweight (14 oz.) and can be donned in seconds. It is comprised of a chemical protective hood with integrated neck dam, chem-bio filter, mouthpiece, and visor. The spacious hood covers the entire head and seals at the neck by means of a neck dam. The neck dam automatically adjust to fit necks from 9.5" to 24" in circumference. The high performance filter contains military grade carbon to absorb chemical gases and HEPA grade media to remove biological particles. Breathing is accomplished by means of a "snorkel type" mouthpiece inside the hood. A nose clip is used to prevent inhaling or exhaling through the nose. The nose clip is integrated into the hood by means of a flexible boot and is easily placed on the nose and is adjustable by means of short tabs that extend outside of the hood. The large, anti-fog visor provides excellent outward and peripheral vision.

Each unit is individually packaged and sealed in a non-reusable vacuum packed bag and has a four (4) year shelf life. The Quick2000® is a one time use disposable device. Costs associated with fit testing, maintenance and decontamination are eliminated. The "One Size Fits All" feature greatly simplifies the logistics of providing immediate chem-bio protection to adults and children without the problems of mask fitting, straps, facial hair, long hair, eyeglasses, hearing aids and difficult to fit bone structure.
