Storage of Chronological Events

Each KEYTROLLER on each vehicle will record each event as it happens, recording the operator and the time. Standard memory is 500 events, 2000 events is optional.

KeyTerm Software

When installing KEYTROLLER software, programmer inputs: Vehicle ID, Vehicle hours, date KEYTROLLER was installed, maintenance due date, last maintenance done date, sets real time clock to proper time zone, inputs each authorized driver's name and code and each ID and KEYTROLLER serial number.

Productivity Evaluation

   Suppose operator 5644 has picked 52 pallets in the morning. Downloading the KEYTROLLER shows he started the vehicle at 8:24 am and stopped at 10:15 am restarted at 10:33 am and stopped again at 11:54 am for a total of 191 minutes on the vehicle. Operator 5644 has averaged 3.67 minutes per pallet picked. This evaluation can also be done with man up order picking epuipment.

Equipment Utilization

KEYTROLLER memory will also show utilization time of each vehicle, giving management data on over or under utilized equipment or departments.
