Service/Mechanic Lockout!
A supervisor or mechanic can "lockout" a vehicle under repair preventing its usage, even by coded operators, until service is complete.
Maintenance Scheduling
A time can be programmed to flash warning LED on KEYTROLLER face when maintenance is due. Supervisor ensures preventative maintenance is done and resets next chronological due date.
Starting /No starting Scheduling
Times can be scheduled when vehicle will not start again and then restart again.
Example:
Equipment owner wants the vehicle to start May 1st through the 5th then not start May 6th &7th then restart May 8th indefinitely.
Equipment owner has scheduled maintenance due in 150 chronological hours, at 150 hours faceplate LED will flash. At next scheduled time (160 hrs) vehicle will not start forcing the supervisor to start vehicle or ensure preventative maintenance is completed.
