What it does for you
For each Employee, this Information is shared throughout other SM Modules to avoid re-typing.  Module contains information required by OSHA 301 and 300, Completed Training, Commercial Driver Info, Respirator Fit Test, and Summary of any accidents
Information about Recordable AND Non-Recordable Injuries and Illnesses required by OSHA.  Module uses this data to AUTOMATICALLY CREATE the OSHA 300 Log and OSHA 301 Form.  TRACKS Post-Accident actions, Medical Info and Medical Costs.
Track cause and cost of Non-Injury Accidents and Events, such as Equipment damage, Storm damage, Product loss, Vandalism, and Property damage.

OSHA requires that all chemical exposure records be kept for 20 years.  So Safety Manager has this added module that goes beyond the normal  required accident information.  Even if an exposure to chemicals was not a recordable OSHA event, you still must create and maintain a record of the exposure.

Job Safety Analysis module guides you through creating JSAs.  Includes pre-listed data for Job Environment, equipment and chemicals used, hazards, engineering and admin controls, PPE, physical demand, and calculates strain index.
OSHA requires your company to have a Lockout-Tagout procedure for every piece of equipment your employees adjust or maintain.  The module provides pre-selected data to make this process easy.
This module lets you define the conditions necessary for welding, grinding, brazing, cutting and any other type of Hot Work anywhere in your facility.  Creates Job Specific Hot Work Permits.

A quick way to calculate the OSHA 300A Incident rate
OSHA requires your company to have a Respirator Schedule if any employees use respiratory protection.  Track respirator use by task.  Pre-defined data allows you to quickly develop required information.  Provides Assigned Protection Factor (APF) for all types of respirators and calculates the Max concentration based on APF and PEL.
Basically, a Safety Expenditure Digital Checkbook Register that calculates Total Cost, Tracks Payments, Shipping Cost and Purchase Orders.  The Summary Report shows you a running total of all expenditures for each year.
