Create unlimited number of departments
Each employee is assigned a department for training.
A group leader can be assigned for one or several departments in order to train and track each employee they manage.
The number of departments is unlimited. So if you are a large company with a deep department level matrix or a small company with only one or a few, this system will meet the needs of both.
Simple employee import
Use the simple csv import fuction to import a small or large list of employees to the training system.
We provide a sample demo import template csv file that can be used with Microsoft Excel or Open Office, so you will know what data is needed in order to import employees.
We realize not all companies will have employees with emails so if there is no email provided upon import the system will generate a fake email that will never be used.
Track all training for each department
Each employee is tracked dependent upon which assigned department group they are part of.
Keep track of each departments’ progress all the way down the the individual employee level.
Manually pass employees quickly
We realize many companies train in a group environment without each employee being behind a computer, they need a way to quickly pass employees based on just attending a safety meeting.
With the mark complete feature you can simply select the employees and mark them all for completion of training with a few clicks of a button.
Notifications
Inside the reporting section is also the notification system that is used to notify employees of upcoming training.
You can send out a department wide notification or send notification directly to the employee.
